Swift’s touchdown was set up by a blown coverage by the Patriots, which led to a 58-yard catch-and-run by wide receiver Luther Burden III. It was his second reception of the game and he already has 84 receiving yards.
Chicago’s defense has stifled New England’s offense on their first three drives, not allowing them to convert on a third down or a fourth down. Patriots quarterback Drake Maye was also sacked on the opening drive by Bears cornerback Kyler Gordon, who had three sacks last week. The Bears are undefeated so far this season when they score first.
