The Night in Context
Tonight’s confirmed line-up in São Paulo is smaller than usual for a Saturday. Four events have a venue, a date and a time we could check, but none has a price we could verify at the seller.
That is why this guide names what we could not confirm instead of filling the gap. Venue programmes often show old dates, so we only list events whose 2026 date appears on the listing.
The Blue Note shows how the city’s music scene works: a small, seated room on Avenida Paulista, two sessions a night and tables by arrival. It is a different evening from the open-air crowds of the Anhangabaú.
Brazil also votes in the presidential runoff on 25 October, eight days from tonight. Election day is a Sunday, so check transport and opening hours before you travel that weekend.
Prices and line-ups come from listings checked on 17 October and can change at the door.
Practical Notes
- —Transport The Metro Line 2-Green serves Avenida Paulista, and Line 3-Red serves the Anhangabaú. After a late show, a rideshare through Uber or 99 is the easiest way back.
- —Weather The evening clears and cools, from about 18°C (65°F) at 6 p.m. to 16°C (61°F) at 11 p.m. Bring a light jacket and, for early arrivals, an umbrella.
- —Tickets Buy through the venue or its official ticket seller (Eventim, Ingresse, Sympla). Avoid street resellers.
- —Safety Keep phones in a front pocket in the centre at night, carry a copy of your passport rather than the original, and agree the pick-up point with your driver before the show ends.
