The record for most expensive tickets in World Series history probably won't be broken a second night in a row. That doesn't change the astronomical ticket prices still available before first pitch.
In fact, had Game 1 not broken the record already, Game 2 would.
As of 5:50 p.m. Oct. 24, the get-in price for Game 2 at American Family Field was $2,221, according to ticketdata.com.
Before the Milwaukee World Series, the record for most expensive ticket in MLB history was Game 4 of the 2016 World Series at Wrigley Field for $1,809.
That puts Game 2 of the 2026 World Series $327 higher than the 2016 record. Ultimately, the record still goes to Game 1, which ended at $2,338 to get in.
