The founder of the political group, Abhijeet Dipke, has been granted conditional bail by an executive magistrate following his detention and arrest by the Delhi Police ahead of a planned protest rally. The bail conditions require the submission of a fifty thousand rupee surety bond and an undertaking to maintain peace without disrupting public order. The proceedings were conducted at the Mandir Marg Police Station, where legal representatives gathered to finalise documentation. The action contrasts with the situation of associates Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, who remain in judicial custody in Tihar Jail. Police detained a gathering of supporters dispersed away from the police station premises by security personnel. Party leader Ajinkya Shinde arrived at the station as legal formalities progressed, while authorities monitor potential calls for further demonstrations in the national capital.
