SSG.com said on the 22nd that it is holding a "Sseuk Grocery Festa" through the 28th of this month, offering discounts of up to 50% on food and household products.
The retailer has stocked food items suited to autumn outings and camping, including meats for grilling. Antibiotic-free pork spare ribs and an assorted grilling set from Namyeongdon are among the featured products.
The company is also running a "Top 100 Grocery Deals" promotion, cutting prices by as much as 50% on fresh and processed foods as well as household goods. Discounted items include persimmons, fresh oysters from the southern coast (250 grams), instant rice, beverages and everyday goods.
Several events will run during the promotion period. Through a "100% Win Every Day" event, customers will receive either shopping cart coupons worth up to 6,000 won or grocery credits, depending on their delivery area.
Customers who have not placed a weekly or dawn delivery order in the past three months will receive a 10,000 won shopping cart coupon for use with SSG Pay, and those paying with designated promotional cards can receive a billing discount of up to 5%.
A voting event for "Master Signature" products also runs through the 29th of this month. Visitors to the event page receive one voting ticket per day and can cast it for the single product they most look forward to. Customers who vote at least three, six or nine times in total will be entered into a drawing for prizes including smartphones, robot vacuum cleaners, hotel gift certificates, SSG Money and E-Mart mobile gift cards.
"We built the promotion around food for autumn outings and camping," an SSG.com official said. "We hope customers will find everything from exclusive products to the household goods they reach for every day at reasonable prices."
