Amazon has unveiled five Blink security cameras priced from $49.99 to $199.99, led by the Frontier XR+ trail camera that can operate up to 7,000 feet from its Sync Module XR+ with a clear line of sight.
Amazon has unveiled five new Blink security cameras, led by a long-range trail camera that can operate up to 7,000 feet from its base station. The lineup also includes Blink’s first 4K camera, its first battery-powered spotlight camera and its first pan-tilt model, with prices ranging from $49.99 to $199.99.
The Blink Frontier XR+ is a trail camera built for large properties and remote locations. It costs $199.99 as a one-camera system bundled with the new Sync Module XR+, which it needs to reach the full 7,000-foot range. Amazon says that figure depends on a clear line of sight between the camera and the outdoor-mounted hub. The camera comes in black and camouflage finishes.
The Blink Outdoor 2K XR+ is aimed at long driveways and gates. It also comes bundled with the Sync Module XR+ for $149.99 and records 2K video with a 115-degree field of view. Amazon rates its range at up to 800 feet with trees or buildings in the way and up to 2,700 feet with a clear line of sight, although resolution drops to 1080p at the longest distances.
The $79.99 Blink Mini 4K+ is the company’s first 4K camera. The wired model carries an IP65 rating for indoor or outdoor use and pairs a 115-degree horizontal field of view with dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and two-way audio. Amazon describes it as “built to capture detail that lower-resolution cameras miss,” and it supports up to 10x enhanced zoom.
Person and vehicle Smart Alerts on the Mini 4K+ require a compatible Blink subscription. Subscribers on eligible AI plans in the US, Canada and the UK can also use Video Descriptions, which generate written summaries of the activity a camera records.
The Blink Mini Pan-Tilt 2K+ is the cheapest model in the lineup at $49.99. It records 2K video, pans 350 degrees and tilts 115 degrees to follow movement around a room, and adds night vision and two-way audio. Person and vehicle detection again requires a subscription, and outdoor use needs the Blink Camera Outdoor Adapter, sold separately.
The Blink Spotlight Cam 2K+ costs $109.99 and is Blink’s first battery-powered spotlight camera. It records 2K video and runs without wires, with a built-in spotlight that switches on when it detects motion to deter intruders and light up night-time footage. Amazon has not published battery life figures for the camera.
All five cameras are available to preorder in the US. The Mini 4K+ and Mini Pan-Tilt 2K+ are also listed in Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia and New Zealand, with shipping expected from October 27.

I’ve been obsessed with tech for as long as I can remember, so much so that I’ve become the unofficial "tech support" for my entire family. Whether it’s fixing gadgets, explaining specs, or recommending the best buys, I love breaking down tech for everyday people. That passion led me to writing about tech. When I’m not testing gadgets or writing reviews, you’ll probably find me hiking or doom-scrolling car listings (still hunting for my first ride, wish me luck, lol).
