Boosters, a global commerce company, said on the 15th that sales of its global skincare brand Equalberry rose 401% from a year earlier during Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days discount event held in the U.S. on Oct. 6-7. Customer visits to Equalberry's Amazon store reached about 630,000 during the event, 3.7 times the level of last year's event.
Boosters attributed the growth to its NAD+ line. Sales of the NAD+ Peptide Serum surged 1,877% from a year earlier during the event. The NAD+ Cream, launched in March this year, ranked third in the Neck & Décolleté category. The two products accounted for 57% of total sales during the event. Elsewhere, the Vitamin Illuminating Serum posted a 52% gain and the Bakuchiol Plumping Serum rose 314%.
"As new ingredients such as NAD continue to win a strong response, we will put even more effort into diversifying our product lineup," said Choi Jin-young, chief marketing officer at Boosters.
