Safety Brian Branch will be back in the Lions’ lineup on Sunday afternoon.
The Lions activated Branch from the physically unable to perform list on Saturday and announced that he has no injury designation for their matchup with the Packers. Branch has been out while continuing to work his way back to full strength after tearing his Achilles last season.
Center Cade Mays is also set to return to action. He injured his wrist this summer and has been on injured reserve since the start of the regular season.
Mays also has no injury designation and is expected to take over as the team’s starting center this weekend.
