The race for who will play for the ACC championship is starting the heat up. With another victory, the Miami Hurricanes remain undefeated and the team to beat in conference. The Wake Forest Demon Deacons, SMU Mustangs, Clemson Tigers, and North Carolina Tar Heels all kept pace by winning and avoiding a second loss in conference play.
For the Syracuse Orange, it was their third consecutive loss in the ACC as they continue to be at the bottom, and the Florida State Seminoles plummeted several spots after a second straight loss within the conference. With just about six weeks left in the season, each game becomes even more crucial in the ACC.
