Voice Park, an integrated park golf platform, said on the 13th that it was used to support operations at two national park golf tournaments held at the same time.
Voice Park, operated by golf software company Pixel Software, was used to manage everything from entry registration to game operations at the 2026 Korea Open Yangpyeong National Park Golf Tournament and the 4th Imsil N Cheese Cup National Park Golf Tournament, both held Oct. 9-10. The two events drew a combined total of about 10,000 participants, and the company said operations were completed without system errors.
Voice Park is an integrated platform that supports park golf course bookings and payments, membership management and tournament operations. It provides the functions needed to run a tournament, including entry applications and payment, grouping of players, on-site identity verification and score tallying. The cloud-based system manages participant information and game data for multiple tournaments simultaneously.
At the Yangpyeong tournament, on-site identity verification was handled digitally. The event also used a system that tallies scores in real time as referees enter them on tablet PCs. For older players less accustomed to smartphones, the company also offers an artificial intelligence call bot service that provides voice guidance on tournament registration and payment.
"Building on the operational experience we have accumulated at large national tournaments, we will expand the service to local governments and private park golf courses across the country and lead the digital transformation of the park golf industry," said Lee Choong-hee, chief technology officer at Pixel Software.
