The Dallas Cowboys have dropped back-to-back games over the last two weeks, seeing their 2026 season record fall to 2-4.
The Cowboys now turn their attention toward a primetime "Monday Night Football" matchup against the injury-riddled, division-rival Philadelphia Eagles in Week 7.
Dallas hasn't looked good on either side of the ball, but their defense has been particularly bad to this point in the year. Through the first six games of the season, they rank third to last in yards allowed per game (382.5) and near the bottom in points allowed per game (26.5).
Defensive coordinator Christian Parker and the Cowboys are expected to get the welcome return of linebacker DeMarvion Overshown for Monday night's matchup against the Eagles.
Overshown has missed each of the Cowboys' last five games after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 1.

“I’ve definitely taken this rehab, this recovery, very serious. I’ve been trying to get back on the field since the week after I got out, so getting this opportunity to go this week. I’m thankful that I’m still able to get to do what I love," Overshown told reporters on Tuesday, via team insider Jon Machota of The Athletic.
Monday's Week 7 matchup against the Eagles will kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET from Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field.
