LTO suspends license of rider with passenger dressed as chainsaw-wielding killer clown

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has suspended the driver's license of a motorcycle rider caught on camera carrying a passenger dressed as a killer clown and carrying a chainsaw in Bulacan.

In a report on GMA News' “What We Know So Far” on Monday, the incident occurred as the duo traveled along a highway in Baliwag on a motorcycle.

The video also showed that neither of them was wearing a helmet.

The LTO reportedly took issue with the stunt and suspended the rider's license for 90 days after finding that he had committed several traffic violations on previous occasions.

With Halloween approaching, the LTO also reminded motorists to refrain from frightening people on the road, as such antics could lead to accidents. —RF, GMA News
