Bengaluru based pre-owned goods marketplace Circle has raised Rs 25 crore in a seed funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners. Existing investor Titan Capital and Myntra co-founder Raveen Sastry also participated in the round, along with Delhivery COO Ajith Pai as an angel investor.
The fresh capital will be used to expand beyond Bengaluru and strengthen the company’s AI-based pricing, product discovery and verification capabilities. Circle also plans to expand its Trust Hubs and logistics network as it scales operations across India.
Founded in 2025 by Chirag Kataruka and Ankit Misra, Circle operates a managed customer-to-customer (C2C) marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned products.
Its platform combines AI-based technology, product verification and logistics to facilitate transactions without owning inventory.
Within a year of launch, Circle claims to have facilitated around Rs 25 crore in pre-owned sales. The platform has attracted over 10 lakh visitors and generated 1 lakh listings in Bengaluru.
According to the company, sellers typically find buyers within three days. Nearly 40% of its buyers return within 90 days, while half of its sellers list products again.
Circle offers products across categories including smartphones, gaming consoles, cameras, furniture, watches, handbags and sneakers. Its services include product verification, pickup, payments and a three-day Circle Guarantee for buyers.
