Easy cocoa biscuits dipped in chocolate and topped with Flake

These buttery cocoa biscuits are dipped in melted chocolate and finished with crumbled Flake for an easy, indulgent bake.

Ingredients

250g butter

¾ cup icing sugar

½ cup corn flour

½ cup oil

3 tablespoons cocoa

2 to 3 cups flour

Flake chocolate

Method

Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

Add oil, cocoa, and corn flour and mix.

Add flour a little at a time to make soft dough

Roll out and scrape.

Once cool, Dip in Chocolate and decorate with flake.
