The payment window will close on October 26 at 2 PM. The merit list is scheduled to be published on October 26 at 5 PM, when the online choice-filling facility will also become available.
The choice-filling window will remain open until October 30 at 5 PM. During this period, candidates will be required to select their preferred courses and medical institutions according to their eligibility and admission preferences.
The seat allotment result for the first round of UP NEET PG 2026 counselling will be announced on November 2, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats will be able to download their allotment letters and complete the admission formalities during two designated periods: November 3 to 7 and November 12 to 13, 2026.
Candidates who wish to participate in the Uttar Pradesh NEET PG 2026 state quota counselling can complete their registration online through the official website, upneet.gov.in. They should first visit the portal and locate the registration link for UP NEET PG 2026 counselling on the homepage.
