Knowledge Economic City (KEC) will participate in the Saudi-Pakistan Real Estate Expo (SPREX) for the first time, bringing its vision for life in Madinah to Lahore from 21–23 October 2026 at Lake City Golf Club.
For many Pakistani families, Madinah holds a special place in the heart a city of faith, tranquillity and belonging. KEC’s participation builds on strong interest already received from Pakistani prospective buyers and investors, reflecting both this enduring emotional connection and an appetite to explore opportunities in the city.
At the exhibition, KEC will present its full masterplan, bringing together residential communities, hospitality, shopping, dining, leisure and commercial opportunities within an integrated lifestyle destination. Its residential showcase will centre on Al Alyaa, introducing contemporary community living rooted in Madinah’s distinctive identity.
Dr. Moath Al-Yahya, Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Economic City, said: “We recognise the deep love that generations of Pakistani families hold for Madinah. The strong interest we have received ahead of our first event in Pakistan reflects how personal this connection is. For many, a home in Madinah represents belonging, time with loved ones and a connection to pass on to their children. Through our masterplan and Al Alyaa, we are bringing these aspirations together with a vision for a connected lifestyle that enriches everyday life.”
Designed around the needs of residents, visitors and businesses, KEC’s masterplan connects places to live, stay, shop, work and spend time together. Visitors to the Saudi-Pakistan Real Estate Expo will discover how its developments contribute to Madinah’s urban transformation and explore residential, investment and partnership opportunities across its portfolio.
At Al Alyaa, this vision takes shape through homes, landscaped surroundings and access to everyday conveniences. The community offers families a place to return to, share with loved ones and build new traditions in a city that carries meaning across generations.
Ahead of the exhibition, KEC will host a dedicated media gathering in Lahore on 20 October, introducing journalists to its masterplan, Al Alyaa and its wider vision. Guests will be welcomed with dates from Madinah, reflecting the city’s tradition of warm hospitality.
Throughout SPREX, visitors can meet KEC representatives, view project presentations and discuss development progress, available opportunities and requirements applicable to prospective purchasers.
