A new wellness and recovery hub has just arrived in Perth’s east as the latest trend in health continues to take over the city.
Officially unveiled on October 10, Recovery at Genesis Belmont offers members cutting edge facilities including a red light therapy room, infrared sauna, massage chairs, massage guns, and a recovery boots station.
It marks the fitness brand’s first dedicated recovery space in WA, and the fifth nationwide.
Josh Pirone, Franchisee at Genesis Health + Fitness Belmont, outlined the growing demand for recovery services in Australia as he welcomed newcomers to the space.
“Recovery is now being recognised as an essential part of any fitness routine, and we’re finding more and more people searching for a membership which reflects this,” he said.
Genesis Belmont already offers members a suite of fitness facilities, including workout spaces, Reformer Pilates classes, and Coaching Zone group training sessions.
Ian Jensen–Muir, CEO of Genesis Health + Fitness, said the new addition was designed to offer members an all-exclusive wellness and fitness venue that fits their modern needs.
“With Recovery, we’re making sure our members have all the tools they need in one place,” he said.
“Spaces like these are just another way that we’re committing to supporting our members’ evolving health and fitness goals.”
Genesis Health + Fitness launched in Victoria in 1997, and now operates 40 locations nationally.
