Rashmika Mandanna has shared a surprising detail about her marriage proposal to husband Vijay Deverakonda, revealing that she asked him to marry her for an entire year. The actors will discuss their relationship and married life on the ninth season of Koffee With Karan, hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar.
The newly released trailer features playful exchanges between the couple as they reflect on their love story. Johar welcomes them as a “blockbuster couple” before asking whether Vijay proposed to Rashmika. Vijay offers his version, saying, “She said let’s get married.”

Rashmika and Vijay first appeared together in the 2018 Telugu romantic drama Geetha Govindam. They reunited for Dear Comrade in 2019, while their on-screen chemistry fuelled relationship rumours for years. The couple eventually married on February 26, 2026, in Udaipur, celebrating both Telugu and Kodava traditions.

The actors recently reunited in Ranabaali, a period action drama directed by Rahul Sankrityan that premiered in theatres on October 16, 2026.
