MOSCOW, October 11. /TASS/. The man who e-mailed threats to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz has been detained.
"The man who threatened to commit an assassination attempt has been detained," he wrote on X.
According to Polish intel spokesman Jacek Dobrzynski, Tusk and Kosiniak-Kamysz received the threats around 5:00 a.m. GMT on October 11.
The Gazeta Wyborcza newspaper said earlier, citing an unnamed source in intelligence services, that the threats were received via electronic channels and contained information about the politicians’ residences and plans for the near future.
