Prominent members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), alongside religious leaders have poured encomium on Prince Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi, chairman of the Lagos state APC Governance Advisory Council (GAC) and Baba Adinni of Yoruba land who marked his turned 90th years Birthday.
Prominent Nigerians that gathered at the Lagos Central Mosque for a special prayer and thanksgiving service to celebrate the 90th birthday unanimously described him as a moral compass and astute leader.
The event brought together political associates, community leaders and religious figures to honour the statesman for his longstanding contributions to public service, community development and Nigerian politics.
Speaking at the gathering, Alhaji Mutiu Are, Secretary of the Lagos State Governance Advisory Council, commended Prince Olusi for dedicating much of his life to serving his political family, community and the nation.
He described the milestone as an opportunity to reflect on the celebrant’s years of commitment and contributions to public life.
The APC chairman in Lagos state, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for their commitment to leadership and governance.
Ojelabi also commended the planning committee for organising the thanksgiving service and other activities to mark the 90th birthday of the party chieftain.
