Cesco has launched a company visit program designed to help young job seekers explore career paths and build employability.
The pest control and food safety company said on Oct. 20 that it hosted the "2026 CHEER-UP for Unemployed Youth" work experience program on Oct. 15 at its Touch Center headquarters in Seoul's Gangdong District.
The event was organized with the Seoul Eastern Employment and Welfare Plus Center under the Ministry of Employment and Labor. About 20 participants attended, including graduates of universities in eastern Seoul such as Konkuk University, Sejong University and Hanyang Women's University, as well as local job seekers aged 34 and under. Participants toured the headquarters, took part in job consultations and learned about the company's main businesses and corporate culture.
The group visited research and development facilities to review Cesco's core technologies and operations, spanning pest control, food safety and foreign-matter analysis. A question-and-answer session followed, covering the characteristics of various roles — including service consultant, service designer, research and information technology — along with corporate culture and career development paths.
"Through this company visit program, we were able to communicate directly with young people in the community and provide practical information on employment and opportunities to explore career paths," a Cesco official said. "We will continue to create various opportunities for dialogue so that young job seekers can strengthen their job skills and map out their careers in concrete terms."
Cesco was recently named one of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's "2026 Korea Best Workplaces for Jobs" for the second consecutive year. In June, it held a recruitment briefing called "Cesco Rookie Day" for soldiers preparing to be discharged from military service, part of its broader employment support efforts.
