A cybersecurity incident has hit a number of UK fashion brands.
IT systems at Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles were knocked out by the incident, according to parent company TFG London.
Other high street brands, including Inside Story and White Stuff, are not affected.
The company said it did not know whether customer data has been compromised, but clarified that there is “no reason to believe that payment information is at risk”.
“Should the investigation establish that such information has been compromised, TFG London will notify affected individuals or organisations, as appropriate,” it said.
TFG London’s stores remain open and trading, “although several of its IT systems remain unavailable.”
The company said that it was “actively investigating and working with external cyber security specialists.”
TFG Africa and TFG Australia “run on separate systems and are not affected,” they added.
The attack comes a week after fashion business Asos said an “unauthorised party” had gained access to some personal data, including names and contact details.
Asos customers received a phone alert saying that the retailer had been hacked, which claimed the data storage firm Snowflake had been compromised.
