Toronto Police said the first incident happened on Sept. 1 at about 3 p.m., when a man allegedly exposed himself to two victims while they were travelling aboard a TTC subway car going southbound at King Station.
The victims activated the security alarm before the accused exited the train.
Then on Oct. 3 at about 12:10 a.m., a man allegedly followed a victim getting off a TTC subway car at College Station and followed them onto the escalator. At some point after that, the suspect allegedly exposed himself to the victim and fled after he was verbally confronted.
Adebayo Maoli has since been charged with sexual assault and two counts of committing an indecent act.
Police said investigators believe there may be additional victims.

Hamilton Police appealed for video footage after what they believe to be a targeted Sunday morning shooting in Stoney Creek.
Cops offered few details in a news release issued Sunday afternoon, but said that the incident occurred at about 7:30 a.m. in the Green-North Service Rds. area near the QEW.
“At this time, there is limited information to provide; however, investigators believe that the shooter fled in a motor vehicle (going) westbound on North Service Rd. towards the QEW,” police said in the release.
