MANILA, Philippines — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) may bring rain to parts of the Visayas, Mindanao and Southern Luzon, the state weather bureau PAGASA said on Sunday, October 25.
In its daily weather forecast issued 4 a.m., PAGASA said the ITCZ may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to the Visayas, Mindanao, the Bicol Region, Romblon and Palawan.
The state weather bureau warned residents in these areas of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also warned residents in these areas of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
