Quarterbacks and running backs to monitor
Lamar Jackson remains one of the biggest quarterback concerns heading into Week 6. The Baltimore Ravens quarterback is dealing with an ankle injury and was held out of the team’s Week 5 victory over Atlanta. Baltimore is hopeful Jackson can return against Cleveland, but his status remains one of the most important fantasy situations to follow this week.
Caleb Williams is another quarterback whose availability needs to be watched. The Chicago Bears quarterback is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury heading into Sunday’s matchup against Atlanta.
At running back, TreVeyon Henderson suffered an ankle injury during New England’s Week 5 win over Las Vegas. Henderson left after recording four carries for 22 yards and one reception for 16 yards, potentially opening the door for Rhamondre Stevenson to receive additional work if Henderson cannot play.
Saquon Barkley is also dealing with a hamstring injury. The Eagles running back is listed as questionable for Week 6 after Philadelphia already lost other members of its backfield to injuries.
Wide receivers and tight ends facing uncertainty

CeeDee Lamb is one of the biggest names on the Week 6 injury report. The Cowboys wide receiver is listed as questionable with a quad injury ahead of Dallas’ Sunday night matchup against Green Bay.
A.J. Brown is another major fantasy name to monitor as Philadelphia deals with multiple injuries at the skill positions. His availability could have a significant impact on the Eagles’ passing game and fantasy lineups.
At tight end, T.J. Hockenson suffered a concussion during Minnesota’s Week 5 victory over New Orleans and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. Hockenson entered the contest leading the Vikings with 22 receptions through four games, making his status particularly important for fantasy managers.
With several stars carrying injuries into Week 6, fantasy managers should monitor practice participation and official injury reports throughout the week before locking in lineups.
