Neighbourhood 'shaken'

She said a couple of drivers pulled over to help but then backed off when police descended on the area.
"It has shaken the neighbourhood a little bit, but it's a really bad spot, it's notorious for crashes."
Another witness, who did not want to be named, said he was confronted by the scene as he returned home.
"There was just debris spread as far as the eye could see,"
he said.
He said his wife described the sound of the crash as "like a bomb going off".
"Police cars seemed to come from everywhere."
