Aston Villa will face off against Newcastle United at St. James’ Park this Saturday evening as they look to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Villans managed to earn a dominant 6-0 win over Fenerbahce in the UEFA Champions League recently, which should give them a ton of confidence going into this game.
Unai Emery will set his men up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make a couple of changes to his first team for this clash. Tyrone Mings and Matteo Ruggeri could both play from the start of this game.

Defence
Zion Suzuki will operate in between the sticks for the Villans after keeping a clean sheet in his last outing. Victor Lindelof will play alongside Tyrone Mings at the heart of the Aston Villa backline as they look to focus on keeping things solid at the back throughout the 90 minutes.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka will try to impress as the right-back, while Matteo Ruggeri looks to impress on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Pau Torres will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Joao Gomes and Boubacar Kamara will anchor the midfield for the West Midlands club as they look to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park.
The gifted trio of Emiliano Buendia, Johan Manzambi and Ibrahim Mbaye will play just ahead of them as part of the Aston Villa attack. All three of them need to link up play well in the final third if they want to engineer some clear-cut chances in the final third.
Ross Barkley and John McGinn will be rested on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Nicolas Jackson will lead the charge for the West Midlands club in the final third. He has to find a way to be a constant menace up top.
Tammy Abraham will be available for selection on the bench as he waits for his chance in the latter stages of the game if needed.
