The Oura Ring 3 Horizon in Gold just got an $80 price drop

The Oura Ring Gen 3 Horizon is built for all-day wellness tracking in a cleaner-looking circular design. Unlike some other smart rings with a flat section on top, the Horizon uses a small dimple on the palm side to aid orientation while keeping the exterior smooth and uniform. The gold finish gives it a more polished, jewelry-like look.

On the tracking side, this Gen 3 model focuses on sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate, and temperature. Its hardware includes green, red, and infrared LEDs, along with added temperature sensing. That setup supports daytime heart-rate tracking and broader wellness insights. The ring can also store up to about one week of onboard data before it needs to sync.

The battery is rechargeable but non-replaceable, and its size varies by ring size. Many app features still work on Gen 3, but fuller insights require an active Oura membership beyond the basic daily scores.

One more thing worth knowing is that Gen 3 rings are part of Oura’s older lineup and are no longer available for direct purchase from Oura. That gives this Amazon deal a bit more weight, especially if you have had your eye on the Horizon design in gold.
