Saudi Arabia has opened a residency pathway for foreign nationals with exceptional talent through a programme known as Gifted Residency.

According to the Saudi government’s official residency portal, the initiative aims to attract skilled individuals who can contribute to the kingdom’s cultural, professional and creative development.
The programme is intended to help talented foreigners share their knowledge and experience while becoming part of Saudi Arabia’s wider development efforts.
The Saudi government identifies three categories of talent eligible under the Gifted Residency scheme.
They are:
