This high street advent calendar has £1,700 worth of jewellery in it – and you can nab it in gold or silver

The countdown to Christmas is on. And while £1 chocolate calendars were once our only option for marking the occasion, we now have a plethora of advent calendars to choose from. Beauty brands led the charge, offering dozens of full and mini-sized treasures at a fraction of their retail value.

But if you’re looking for maximum value for money from your advent calendar, I’d say you should be looking at jewellery ones. Luckily for you, I’ve done the research – and hands down, the best jewellery advent calendar for 2026 is by Astrid & Miyu.

The British brand’s 24 Day Advent Calendar has a staggering £1,700 worth of pieces – think delicate ear cuffs, stackable rings, piercing studs, bracelets and clip-on charms. Available in both gold and silver, it's housed in a plush, reusable suedette jewellery box, and comes with a limited-edition canvas tote. Talk about return on investment.

I’ll spare you complete spoilers, but I will tell you this: every single door has a timeless, versatile piece behind it, all designed to anchor your jewellery uniform for years to come. Better yet, all 24 jewels are 100% exclusive to the calendar. Once it inevitably sells out (as it does every year), you'll belong to a very select club of owners.

My personal favourites are the Star Charm Pavé Ear Cuff, which I can add to my ear stack without needing a new piercing, and the Crystal Drop Studs, which I’ll definitely be wearing on Christmas Day. I also love the Crystal Cluster Open Ring, with its scattered-star finish that I know will become a permanent fixture in my daily rotation.

If you’re more of a jewellery minimalist, Astrid & Miyu has also released a 12 Day Advent Calendar housed in a checkerboard keepsake tin. And among the the brand's other festive products are an ornamental bauble housing a pair of gorgeous crystal hoops, and a chic Christmas cracker containing exclusive stud earrings.
