Seoul's Seongbuk-gu will hold the "2026 Dugeun Dugeun Byeolgil Market" from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the 17th along Samyang-ro, stretching from Gireum Station to Mia Elementary School.
The street festival brings together young entrepreneurs, local merchants and artists, and has drawn more than 5,000 visitors each year.
This year's edition will feature products and hands-on programs jointly designed by young entrepreneurs and local merchants.
A stamp tour will also be held, in which participants who collect stamps while walking the street can enter a drawing for gift certificates redeemable at local shops.
Seongbuk-gu has been working to improve the streetscape and revitalize the commercial district, cutting the number of businesses deemed harmful to minors in the Samyang-ro area to six from 37 and opening 11 youth-run startup shops.
"We will continue building a vibrant street where youth entrepreneurship and culture come together," Seongbuk-gu Mayor Lee Seung-ro said.
