Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has congratulated former governor of the state and ex-Minister of Defence, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on his 70th birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued on Wednesday by Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, Director-General, Media and Publicity, Government House, the governor described the milestone as an opportunity to celebrate Kwankwaso’s life, leadership and contributions to the development of Kano State and Nigeria.
Yusuf acknowledged the former governor’s role in the state’s political development, noting that his years of public service had contributed to governance, infrastructure development and the expansion of democratic participation in Kano State.
