“We’re getting everyone from first-time home buyers to downsizers and right-sizers,” says Reilly LePage, director of sales and marketing at Logel Homes.
Backing on to a part of a protected environmental reserve from which it gets its name, Sage Walk Ravines offers suburban contemporary design with versatile floor plans that can fit any lifestyle.
There are three main floor plans measuring 13, 20 and 24 feet wide, which LePage says are some of the widest townhome plans in Calgary. This allows Logel Homes to do a high degree of personalization for each home with up to 21 variations of their designs for the two- and four-bedroom models offered.

Available are two-bed, 2½-bath at 1,093 square feet with a single-car attached garage at $399,900 plus GST. A four-bed, 2½-bath home with a double car garage starting a $519,900 plus GST; and a four-bed, 2½-bath model at 2,113 sq. ft. with a double car garage starting at $639,900 plus GST.
“These wider plans allow for so much more living space than what can be usually expected in a townhome,” LePage says. Along with the nine-foot ceilings and the oversized windows, Sage Walk Ravines brings spaciousness with a trendy sophistication that is making an impact with buyers.
The A2-B show home is a particular stunner of practicality and panache. It has four bedrooms, including one on the main floor and three on the third floor and a double car garage. Its open concept second floor is perfect for entertaining with its spacious living room and a kitchen with a huge centre island and dining corner in the back. It has all the qualities of a single-family home but with multi-family pricing. The sizable balcony allows residents to enjoy the tranquility of the ravines behind them.
Sage Walk Ravines is comprised of 68 townhomes spread along 10 buildings, eight of which have availability. It is on its third and final phase with the last three blocks released last month.
“We have possession timelines for everything, ranging from immediate to late 2027,” LePage says.
The elevated standard features are also a key part of the townhomes’ appeal, and include quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring and premium cabinetry with soft-close hardrock maple doors, and solid maple dovetail drawers. LePage says the sound attenuation system uses new technology that allows for a quiet, calm lifestyle.
Exteriors are not just eye-catching but sturdy with Hardie board cement fibre sidings and a look that evokes a distinct Scandinavian flavour.
LePage says Sage Walk Ravines’ location in a well-established community is also an important aspect of the development.
“Sage Walk has been a special development due to the breadth of product offering so customers have an amazing amount of choice in a great location across from 400,000 square feet of retail and kilometres of walking paths along the ravine environmental reserve.”
What has been surprising is the rising number of first-time homebuyers.
“We’ve seen an increase in first-time homebuyers by around 25 per cent,” he says, as buyers looking for their first new home take advantage of the federal GST rebate program. “That puts them five per cent ahead of the game in terms of equity.”
Sage Walk Ravines offers direct access to trails, ravines and natural views, with shopping and retail only a short walk away.
“More shops and restaurants are coming soon nearby and buyers can enjoy all these in a well-crafted home,” he says.
