Robbin is launching Latin America's first credit MCP, a technology that lets finance teams work with the company's credit intelligence directly inside the AI assistants they already use. Integrated with Claude and ChatGPT, it turns credit analysis into a chat: limit recommendations for a given customer, risk assessments across the buyer base, and flags on limits that need review.

Within seconds, the answer comes back with the Robbin score for each reseller that buys from the manufacturer and the suggested limit, calculated from that customer's purchase history with the company and its behavior in the wider market. Analysis that once meant spreadsheets, reports and queries across separate systems now happens in a conversation.
The launch comes four months after Robbin announced US108 million in funding: US8 million in a seed round co-led by Canary, Atlântico and Caravela, and US$100 million through a receivables investment fund (FIDC) structured with Augme, XP Investimentos' asset management arm. The seed round is funding platform expansion and the development of artificial intelligence products, while the FIDC is earmarked exclusively for credit operations.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants reach external systems and data securely. In practice, a CFO or credit analyst can ask what limit is recommended for a given company, request a risk assessment of the 50 largest buyers, or surface customers whose limits sit below what their purchase history supports.
The recommendation supports the decision and follows credit policies built together with the manufacturer's finance team. Each partner's data stays isolated and is used only to analyze that company's own base.
In the relationship between manufacturers and their resellers, credit has historically been decided more by relationships than by data. The notebook behind the counter and the finance team's spreadsheet follow the same logic: trust built on the memory of whoever serves the customer. Robbin's MCP turns that trust into analysis without taking the decision away from the finance team.
“The real shift AI brings to companies isn't automating basic tasks, it's supporting the decisions that move the business. Robbin's agentic credit intelligence comes out of that: specialized agents that combine purchase history with the manufacturer, market data and our own credit expertise, giving the finance team a read on its base that it couldn't get alone. With MCP, analysis that used to take days becomes a conversation that takes seconds,” says Leonardo Moura, CEO of Robbin.
The launch accompanies the introduction of Robbin's new brand and reinforces its position at the frontier of artificial intelligence, giving credit teams at large companies the means to transform the P&L of their operations.
