A quarterback change appears to be on the horizon in Ann Arbor.
According to multiple reports, Michigan is expected to start freshman quarterback Tommy Carr over Bryce Underwood against defending national champion Indiana on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Carr came off the bench to start the second half last week against Penn State after the Wolverines generated just 80 total yards of offense with Underwood in the first half. Underwood also had two turnovers.
Carr, the grandson of former Michigan coach Lloyd Carr, completed 5 of 7 passes for 47 yards in the second half against the Nittany Lions. He also had a 12-yard rushing touchdown as he led the Wolverines to a 21-18 win that snapped a two-game skid.
Speaking with reporters after the game, Michigan coach Kyle Whittingham refused to say whether the Wolverines would be moving forward with Carr as the starter or if they'd go back to Underwood.
"Going forward, we'll take a good, hard look at the tape and see why things bogged down in the first half and why we were better in the second half," Whittingham said. "Because there wasn't a whole lot of scheme change. I'm not prepared to say right now at this desk — at this table — what we're going to do going forward."
Michigan and No. 6 Indiana are set for a noon ET kickoff on Saturday at Michigan Stadium.
