Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is reportedly facing a hefty fine from the NFL over his conduct toward game officials, amid a challenging season for the team.
On Wednesday evening, ESPN reported (via Sports Illustrated) that Sirianni received a $250,000 fine for his behavior towards game officials. A source confirmed to ESPN's Mike Reiss that New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel and New York Jets coach Aaron Glenn also received $250,000 fines.
The recent reports don't specify what incidents led to the fines for Sirianni, Vrabel, or Glenn. However, ESPN reported via a source that the fines are on hold and could be rescinded if the coaches demonstrate "good behavior."
The possibility of rescinding the fines for "good behavior" is part of the NFL's attempt to get coaches to improve how they treat the in-game officials.

Sirianni is certainly known for his emotional sideline outbursts and antics, and he's navigating a challenging season for Philadelphia. The team has been without running back Saquon Barkley for multiple games and recently lost starting quarterback Jalen Hurts for the remainder of the season.
An NFL.com report revealed that Hurts was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis and bilateral pulmonary emboli, following medical evaluations earlier this month. His situation sparked criticism over how the Eagles handled his health, particularly his playing in an Oct. 11 game in London against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
However, the NFL determined that the Eagles did not violate league protocols in their handling of Hurts' situation and would not face punishment, per NBC News.
Sirianni addressed the Eagles' handling of Hurts' situation, including his participation in the London game and subsequent flight home, in comments reported by The Athletic.
"The health of our players is always at the forefront of our minds, and we leave that up to the medical experts, but we always, always care deeply about our players," the Eagles head coach said.
After winning their first two games of the season, the Eagles have lost their last four, including this past Sunday to the Carolina Panthers, 25-14. Tanner McKee started at quarterback for the Eagles, who will next face the Dallas Cowboys in "Monday Night Football" on Oct. 26.
