French multi-instrumentalist, singer and producer FKJ returns with his third studio album, ‘Tyber’, due for release in September, and a headline tour across Asia that begins in Bangkok on November 27, 2026, at UOB LIVE, Emsphere.
FKJ’s work blurs jazz, soul, classical, hip-hop, funk, rock and electronic influences, and he has built a musical world that sits between musicianship and experimentation. His music continues to connect with a global audience drawn to both its technical intricacy and its intimate atmosphere.
His latest single, ‘Soulmates’, is the first glimpse into ‘Tyber’, a project that follows the release of his album ‘V I N C E N T’ and captures a period of personal and creative transformation.
Written and recorded across multiple continents, the album reflects years spent navigating movement, solitude, collaboration and renewal. Sessions took place in London, Los Angeles, Paris, Brazil and Mexico, with each location subtly shaping the sonic identity of the record.
Across ‘Tyber’, groove-driven compositions sit alongside jazz-led instrumentals, sample-heavy explorations and more direct songwriting moments, moving through funk, alt-pop, R&B and psychedelic textures. The label describes the result as FKJ at his most expansive and uninhibited, an artist documenting his evolution in real time.
‘Soulmates’ is warm, immersive and rhythmically fluid, highlighting FKJ’s instinctive approach to composition while offering an introduction to the wider world of ‘Tyber’. It is music rooted equally in technical musicianship and emotional immediacy, a balance that has become central to his appeal.
The album also features collaborators including Lucy Park, Baby Rose, Bas, Eryn Allen Kane and Labrinth, reflecting the breadth of influences and perspectives woven through the project.
