The Vivo Pad FE has received certification in the UAE, confirming its name and Wi-Fi-only connectivity. The tablet has also appeared in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) database, although its key specifications and launch date remain unknown.
A new Vivo tablet has surfaced online. A device carrying the model number "VP2601" has appeared in the UAE’s Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) database.
The certification identifies the device as a Wi-Fi-only tablet. Furthermore, the listing reveals that the model number is associated with the Vivo Pad FE name.
The model number "VP2601" has also previously appeared in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) database. Although the certifications do not reveal the tablet’s display or chipset details, they point to preparations for an international release.
Separately, a TÜV Rheinland Japan certification suggests that the Vivo Pad FE will support 15W wired charging. There is a possibility that it could be a rebranded version of the Pad SE, which launched in China in April 2025, although there is no confirmation of a connection between the two.
For reference, the Pad SE features a 12.3-inch LCD with a resolution of 2,464 × 1,600 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, and an 8,500mAh battery with 15W charging support. The Pad SE starts at CNY 1,399 (~$209) with the 6GB/64GB memory configuration.
