Marion Harding's boys soccer team won its Division III tournament opener at home Monday, Oct. 19, beating No. 15 seed Beechcroft 4-2.
Jeffrey Stimson put together a hat trick for the Presidents, while Omari Palmer had the other goal. Angel De La Cruz added two assists, and Lennox Backus saved four shots.
The 12th seeded Prexies (11-5-2) return to tournament play 7 p.m. Oct. 21 when they play at Bishop Watterson in a sectional final.
