Colts Pro Bowler Puts Front Office on Notice After Dismal Titans Loss

Following the Indianapolis Colts embarrassing 26-20 loss to the winless Tennessee Titans, fans, players and coaching staff are not in a particularly cheerful mood.

Not only are general manager Chris Ballard and head coach Shane Steichen being called for to be fired, but fans are demanding roster changes, such as benching starting quarterback Daniel Jones.

And one player isn’t holding back on his thoughts on their situation: Pro Bowler defensive tackle DeForest Buckner.

“I’m sick and tired of the same song and dance every year,” Buckner said in the locker room following the loss. “So, yeah.”

NBC Sports reported, however, that Buckner has not lost confidence in coach Steichen or GM Ballard, but that he wishes for more out of his fellow teammates as well as changes in the FO.

“Every single person on the team needs to be critics of themselves and figure out what we need to do better,” he said.

Buckner is not the only one.

Fans have been itching to shake up the front office and have been begging for some massive changes to go through. Namely? Ballard. Oh and Steichen. Jones, too.

“This is officially rock bottom, and quite frankly, it might be for the best,” one person said. “Ballard & Steichen shouldn’t survive another week, and I wouldn’t even let Shane get to the podium. Daniel Jones needs to be benched immediately.”

“Worst loss of the Shane Steichen era and one of the worst losses of Chris Ballard’s tenure as well,” someone posted on X. “Nothing anyone says would be hyperbolic. This team is terrible. Everyone should be embarrassed. Jobs being lost feels like a matter of when, not if.”
