By Zoila Palma: Today, the Cristo Rey Village Council made a public appeal to the public against the disposal of garbage in the area known as “The tierra blanca”.
The council says that it has cleaned up Monkey Falls Hill and installed signs since garbage was also being thrown there.
Now, garbage is being improperly disposed of in that area.
“I understand it’s a private property but it’s like a magnet that will attract more and more people to throw their garbage there. So, please just go to the dump site. If you are from San Antonio, you have a dump site even closer!,” the council said.
