The hits just keep on coming for the Washington Commanders.
As if a 13-3 deficit early in the first quarter and a banged-up Stefon Diggs wasn't enough, the team watched as its heart and soul crumpled to the field in San Francisco on "Monday Night Football" in Week 6.
Terry McLaurin was running a route on third down and appeared to go down with a non-contact injury along the sideline.
He was unable to get up and remained down on the field, requiring a cart to depart on Monday night. The receiver grabbed for his left knee as he lay on the ground, which is notable for a player who came into the week battling a hamstring injury.
