The president’s latest Ivanka stand-in has been fired from her job as press secretary after a slew of humiliating missteps, including a disastrous press conference, a disastrous Hannity interview, and embarrassment surrounding her bizarre decision to lie about being a Chinese lawyer, or something.
Trump addressed the media this afternoon and said that “I said, ‘when I get back, we’re going to talk,’ because I don’t think that Katie should be made to suffer like she’s suffering at the hands of the press.”
“I told her, ‘I think you’re better off being happy and I’m not sure you can ever be happy in this job.’”
Oh, obviously, it’s the MEDIA’S fault for doing things like ASKING QUESTIONS and EXPECTING ANSWERS.
Zacharia now holds the record for the fastest Trump White House fired at just five days, beating Anthony Scaramucci’s 11 days by nearly a week.
