We discussed chicken-fed salmon with Leo Savry, operations director of the Leo group, which supplies chicken-derived feed to fish farms in Norway, Latin America, Asia and Africa, and Patrick Holden, an organic dairy farmer and campaigner for sustainable food and farming, who founded the Sustainable Food Trust.
We began by asking what they think of chicken being fed to salmon.
