VIENNA, October 14. /TASS/. The "theory of victory" presented by NATO command indicates that the alliance is readying for high-intensity combat operations against Russia, said Yulia Zhdanova, head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna on military security and arms control.
"The ‘theory of victory,’ presented by US Air Force General Alexus Grynkewich, NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, at the Warsaw Security Forum, added decisive details to the overall picture of the bloc’s preparation for high-intensity combat operations against our country," she said at a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation. Her statement is available to TASS. According to Zhdanova, one of the key areas of adaptation for the military companies of NATO countries is the distributed production of weapons, including relatively inexpensive drones with dual-use components.
The diplomat also described the mass production of cheap and simplified military products in Western countries as a sign that production is being shifted to a wartime footing. She said that European states are hindering the progress of a peaceful settlement by continuing to use Ukraine to confront Russia.
