Is the New ‘Street Fighter’ Movie Streaming? Where to Watch ‘Street Fighter’ 2026

Calling all skilled warriors: the new Street Fighter movie is now playing in theaters, and promises to be an exhilarating, entertaining, and stylish trip to the movies.

Directed by Kitao Sakurai, with a screenplay written by Sakurai and T. J. Fixman, this Street Fighter movie is the third live-action adaption of the popular Japanese video game franchise, which is known as a seminal game for one-on-one fighting play. In this new movie, Noah Centineo stars Andrew Koji as Ryu, a skilled warrior who turns to the dark side following the murder of his mentor. Ryu disappears from the martial arts world, and abandons his adopted brother, Ken Masters (Noah Centineo).

Years later, the brothers reunite for the second World Warrior tournament in Metrolao City. Will one brother defeat the other? Or will they team up to take on an even bigger threat? You’ll have to watch the movie to find out.

The action is probably best enjoyed the big screen, but if you’d rather wait to watch it at home, read on to find out what we know about when and where to watch the new Street Fighter movie on streaming.

Where to watch the new Street Fighter movie:

Street Fighter is only be available to watch in a movie theater right now. It opened in U.S. theaters nationwide on Friday, October 16. You can find a showing near you via Fandango. Street Fighter is not yet available to watch online or on streaming.

Is the new Street Fighter movie streaming on Netflix or Prime Video?

Street Fighter 2026 is not streaming on Netflix or Prime Video, and likely will not be on Netflix any time soon, due to the fact that the film is a Paramount Pictures release. Almost all Paramount movies go to Paramount’s streaming platform, Paramount+, and not to Netflix.

You will be able to purchase Street Fighter on Prime Video eventually, when the movie becomes available to buy and rent on digital, but you will not be able to stream Street Fighter on Prime Video free with a Prime subscription any time soon. If you want to watch the new Street Fighter movie at home, you’ll have to wait for the film to be available to buy or rent on digital platforms, or wait for it to stream on Paramount+.

The ad-supported Essential plan typically costs $8.99/month, while the ad-free Premium plan (which comes with Showtime titles and live CBS) costs $13.99/month.

When will Street Fighter 2026 be streaming on Paramount+?

You might see Street Fighter 2026 streaming on Paramount+ around mid-to-late January 2027.

The official Street Fighter Paramount+ streaming date has not yet been announced. Right now, the movie is only in theaters. That said, we do expect to see Street Fighter streaming on Paramount+ eventually, but we’re not sure when. Another recent Paramount film, Scary Movie (2026), was released on digital platforms one month after opening in theaters, and began streaming on Paramount+ about three months after opening in theaters.

If Street Fighter follows a similar release pattern, you might see the movie on digital around mid-to-late November 2026, and streaming on Paramount+ around mid-to-late January 2027. (Presuming that Paramount+ and HBO Max have not yet combined into one streamer yet, as they plan to do.)

But this is all speculation. If you want to watch the new Street Fighter movie right away, you can catch the movie in theaters.
