KUALA LUMPUR: Muay Thai fighter Johan Ghazali Zulfikar ended a two-fight losing streak with a revenge victory over Diego Paez in Bangkok on Friday.
The 19-year-old, better known as Jojo, defeated the Colombian-American by unanimous decision in their flyweight clash at The Inner Circle 35 at Lumpinee Stadium.
The victory avenged his split-decision defeat by Paez at ONE Fight Night 32 in June last year.
Jojo had lost to Japan's Shimon Yoshinari by unanimous decision in April before suffering a split-decision defeat by Lebanon's Ramadan Ondash at Lumpinee Stadium on July 31.
Friday's result was his second victory of the year, following his win over Myanmar's Ye Yint Naung in February.
Having settled the score with Paez, Jojo can now rebuild momentum in ONE Championship.
