CHIBA, Japan -- Japan's biggest motor show, which kicked off on Tuesday, has brought the domestic auto industry's multi-pathway approaches into sharper focus as other international exhibitions in Paris, Beijing and Shanghai become the competitive frontline for Chinese electric vehicle makers.
