Carli Judice will face Maycee Barber at women’s flyweight, while unbeaten Quentin Pasley will make his promotional debut against Junior Tafa at light heavyweight. The UFC announced the additions Wednesday.
Quentin Pasley, compared to Jon Jones by Dana White, makes UFC debut against Junior Tafa
Judice (7-2) has won four consecutive fights and faces a significant step up in competition against Barber (15-3). The 27-year-old stopped Jeisla Chaves with a front kick to the body and follow-up punches in August, improving her UFC record to 4-1.
Barber will look to rebound from her March knockout loss to Alexa Grasso, which ended a seven-fight winning streak. The 28-year-old’s victories include wins over Karine Silva, Katlyn Cerminara and Amanda Ribas.
Pasley (4-0) earned his UFC contract on Week 5 of DWCS Season 10 in September, knocking out Arlind Berisha with first-round elbows. He has finished all four of his professional victories and faces Tafa (7-6), who is 3-6 in the UFC.
UFC CEO Dana White compared Pasley to Jon Jones while awarding him a contract.
UFC 335 will be headlined by Charles Oliveira defending the BMF title against Diego Lopes. The card also features a heavyweight clash between Alex Pereira and Sergei Pavlovich, along with Joe Pyfer vs. Bo Nickal and Brandon Moreno vs. Charles Johnson.
