Nance on his commitment to SMU
Josiah Nance discussed his decision to choose SMU with Rivals.
“I chose SMU because it felt like home. I also felt like the coaching staff truly believes and me and will be the most beneficial for my career and development. I felt an instant connection with the entire coaching staff and I have full trust in them to get me better as a basketball player, and as a person in general.”
In his own words, what type of player is SMU getting in Nance?
“I’d say I’m a physical combo guard, who can defend multiple positions at a high level and fulfill any role needed to win the game. Whether that be scoring, playmaking, rebounding, or defending.”
He has a message for SMU fans.
“I’m excited to prove myself and bring my energy and passion to SMU! Pony Up!
